Jody was raised in North Lima, Ohio and moved coast to coast as a Navy spouse before settling in Butler in 2011. She earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Bradford School in Pittsburgh and worked in debt collection and bankruptcy law offices before joining Taxing Matters in 2021, which was acquired by Bonus Accounting in 2025. Outside of work, Jody has been actively involved in her children’s and foster children’s organizations and local youth programs, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as crocheting.
