Theresa was born in Erie, PA and has lived in Edinboro for over 25 years. She earned her Associate Degree in Accounting from Penn Foster College after completing coursework in writing, computer science, and business management. She brings over 35 years of experience from Star Manufactured Homes, where she worked as an Operations Manager and Salesperson. Outside of work, Theresa is a third-degree black belt with national and international titles and enjoys bowling in the winter, golfing in the summer, traveling throughout Europe, and showing Flat-Coated Retrievers with her husband as AKC Breeders of Merit.
